How long have you been in business?
The Greens at Cannondale was established in 1998 and is on a campus of continuum care of 15 acres including a healthcare center, independent, assisted living, memory support and rehabilitation.

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We added The Residence on our campus in 20009 which was designed for couples so they can stay together which is a non-traditional assisted living building and we just expanded to The Greens at Cannondale with additional apartments that opened up February 2012.

Take I-95 South toward New York.
Take exit 38 off of I-95 to Route 15 South (Merritt and Wilbur Cross Parkways).
Follow Route 15 to exit 41 (Route 33).
Turn left at the bottom of the ramp.
Continue to follow Route 33 as it becomes Danbury Road.
The Greens at Cannondale is approximately ˝ mile past Wilton High School on the left-hand side. We share a driveway with Wilton Meadows Nursing Home (which we own) so stay to the left and follow the signs for The Greens at Cannondale.
I-95 North: From New York/Greenwich:
Take I-95 North toward New Haven to exit 15 (Route 7 toward Norwalk/Danbury).
Follow Route 7 as it becomes Danbury Road.
Follow Danbury Road past Wilton Center.
The Greens at Cannondale is approximately ˝ mile past Wilton High School on the left-hand side. We share a driveway with Wilton Meadows Nursing Home (which we own), stay to the left and follow the signs for The Greens at Cannondale.
