How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Paul Smith, CPC has over 15 years experience, leadership, and outstanding success within the recruitment industry. He began his career in 1994 as the “Rookie of the Year” with RJS Associates, Inc. He became a top producer within 3 yrs of entering the industry. In 2000, Richard J. Stewart, President of RJS Associates, Inc asked Paul to start up and develop a new division called RJS Associates of Stamford, LLC. After great success as a working executive director of RJS Associates of Stamford, Paul officially purchased the company with his partner Matt Arnold forming what is now known as Smith Arnold Partners.
Paul, along with the staff of Smith Arnold Partners, has been recognized by industry associations as a leader within the executive search industry. In addition, he has been recognized for his personal recruitment services by numerous executives from Fortune 100 organizations as well as leaders from entrepreneurial start ups.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
