Charged for a min of 1 1/2 hours even though he was only at the job for 1/2 hour. I had asked him if I could use the coupon when I called to set up the appt and he said yes but NEVER was upfront about a "mininmum" call charge. I think he charged a mimimum to make up for the discount with the coupon.Very dishonest.
PS Also told me in conversation that a customer was upset with him because he charged a fuel charge to get to the job - which he never disclosed initially to that customer.
And then he charges me a minimum call charge! BEWARE.
