What is your primary product or service?
Moving & Storage Services (Relocation and Logistics) for corporate businesses and residential household customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Quality and Service matter and we have initiatives ongoing for "safety drives success" and "Strive for 5" which tie back to customer feedback. We offer a wide variety of moving and storage services and constantly adapt to changing customer needs.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently we have 4 locations: Patterson NY (our Headquarters), Pawling/Holmes NY, Newtown, CT (Newtown opened summer 2012) and Stamford CT. Yes, we would consider expanding again when timing is right.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, Visa, MC, Money Orders
Which areas do you service?
Primary service areas include: New york: Westchester County, Putnam County, Dutchess County, Rockland County, Orange County Connecticut: Fairfeild County
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Management Team headed by company President, John Clancy.
What are your hours of operation?
Standard hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm EST Additional after-hours available for customer projects: Evenings, Weekends and Holidays
